The platform pairs institutional‑grade investment banking expertise with a hands‑on private‑market approach, working across the full capital structure — liquidity events, bespoke financing, portfolio diversification, and direct/co‑investment.
Key Responsibilities Advise founders, UHNW individuals, and family offices on strategic, financial, and capital‑structure decisions Originate and execute private‑market and M&A transactions end to end Structure tailored financing, liquidity, and diversification solutions across the capital stack Build and deepen relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and ecosystem partners Shape long‑term investment and wealth strategies aligned to each client’s objectives Candidate Profile 6–10 years in Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance (global or strong mid‑market platform) Direct exposure to UHNW, family office, or founder‑led clients Solid grounding in private markets, capital raising, and structured or alternative investment solutions Highly analytical and commercially sharp, with a genuine entrepreneurial mindset Fluent English and German (further European languages an advantage); based in or relocating to Zurich #J-18808-Ljbffr
