With our headquarters in Germany and clients across the globe, we're hiring a high-energy Sales Executive (Polish & English), based in Poland — someone who thrives under pressure, thinks fast, and closes deals. What You’ll Do:
· Run the full sales cycle within the medical transport and aviation space
· Build trust and strong relationships with clients in urgent, emotionally heavy situations
· Think fast and craft tailored solutions under tight deadlines
· Develop new partnerships and grow existing accounts
· Represent Vendana confidently across global markets
· Take ownership of results while working closely with our international team
What We’re Looking For:
· Excellent communication and native-level Polish and English (C2)
· An additional C2 language is a strong advantage
· A resilient, quick-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, persuasive
· Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
· Collaborative mindset with flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work
· Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical is a bonus, not a requirement)
