We are currently looking for an Interim Tax Director to join a dynamic and international business during an important period of transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO … Lead and manage the tax team, providing guidance, support, and direction where needed Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance and advisory matters Manage complex tax topics, including transfer pricing, M&A, tax audits, and Pillar Two Drive strategic tax projects and provide clear guidance to the business Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and Group functions Liaise with external advisors and manage tax risks effectively Escalate critical issues where necessary and ensure business continuity throughout the interim period Oversee budget submissions and tax-related reporting to the Group Contribute to process improvements and the ongoing efficiency of the tax function WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR … A senior tax leader with at least 15 years of tax experience 10 years of experience in Big 4 or equivalent advisory background Experience in large multinational companies, including team leadership in a complex, international environment Strong background in corporate tax, transfer pricing, M&A, and complex audits Proven experience in managing teams and working with senior stakeholders Ability to operate in a highly complex, executive-level environment Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent stakeholder management skills A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset We celebrate diversity and value your character just as much as your skills.

This is a short-term interim role for a senior tax professional who can combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a complex multinational environment. The role might be based in our Berlin, Bucharest or Wrocław office.
