Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. • Define and manage programme strategy, governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones. • Act as the primary interface between executive leadership, business stakeholders, system integrators and technology partners. • Drive alignment across multiple business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR and Shared Services. • Manage global implementation partners and large multi-disciplinary programme teams. • Ensure programme delivery remains on time, within budget and aligned to strategic business objectives. • Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. • Drive organisational change management and business adoption activities to maximise programme benefits. • Oversee programme financials, resource planning and vendor management. • Establish robust governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks.

Candidate Requirements Essential Experience • 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes. • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementations within complex global organisations. • Experience managing programmes exceeding €50m in value. • Strong background leading international and cross-functional transformation initiatives. • Experience working across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions. • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders. • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA programme delivery methodologies and best practices. • Experience managing major systems integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, TCS or Cognizant.

They are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Director to lead one of the most strategically important transformation programmes within the organisation.

Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will be responsible for delivering a large-scale, multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Operations.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, programme governance and SAP transformation expertise.

Language Requirements • Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential. • Professional English language skills are required. • Candidates may be based anywhere in Europe provided they can travel regularly to Germany.

Preferred Experience • Background within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, consumer goods, chemicals, automotive or diversified conglomerate environments. • Experience completing multiple SAP S/4HANA programme go-lives.
