Responsibilities
• You manage influencer communication and relationships with a focus on long‑term retention
• You lead end‑to‑end campaigns: from creator sourcing and selection to briefing, contracting, tracking, and final delivery
• You coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
• You monitor KPIs in real time, optimizing execution for maximum performance
• You create detailed campaign reports and share actionable optimization opportunities
Qualifications
• You bring 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR, or project management
• You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English
• You take full ownership of tasks and can manage them independentlyYou track budgets accurately and work comfortably in Excel/Google Sheets
• You stay curious about emerging platforms, trends, and innovative campaign formats
