What We Are Looking For
• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree, for example in human resources management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject.
• You have several years’ professional experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• You have a very good knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law.
• You are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your own work.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written English, strong communication and advisory skills, strategic foresight and a team-oriented approach to work.
• In addition, you have a good working knowledge of IT (MS Office, SAP).

Our Client is a large multinational Company and this is a great opportunity unto join them as the HR Director (M/F/D) to enrich the ‘Human Resources’ department at their OSNABRÜCK site.
Role Responsibilities
• You advise managers and staff on all matters relating to human resources and employment law, and you act as a business partner.
• You are responsible for recruitment activities and oversee the onboarding process.
• You work closely with the works council, the local leaders and other stakeholders.
• You take overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle.
• You ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes in compliance with labour law, collective bargaining agreements and existing works agreements.
• You will be responsible for managing HR processes.
