We are seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a solid track record as a Human Resources Leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland. Supporting the management team on all HR related questions and promoting organisational effectiveness and agility.
Providing leadership to the HR team and ensuring people practices are effective, coherent and consistently implemented in day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced and demanding environment. Qualifications Solid track record as an HR leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland.
Responsibilities Setting up and rolling out a clear HR roadmap aligned with both Global HR processes and Collège du Léman's strategic plan. Overseeing HR programs and main processes (Talent Management, Budget preparation and review, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Time Management).
Guiding decision‑making, supporting leadership with well‑grounded advice. Significant leadership experience within a complex environment and ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
Employee relations and communication skills, ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, empathy and emotional intelligence. In‑depth knowledge of the Swiss labour environment and law. This is a full‑time position, effective from December 2026 at the latest. #J-18808-Ljbffr
