Mandated by an international company in maritime trading, based in Geneva, we are looking for: HR Manager, Accounting and Executive Assistance F/Eng at 100% About the position.
Due to the retirement of the current manager at the end of 2026, we are seeking a trustworthy profile to ensure a smooth transition and take charge of the operational management of human resources, accounting support, and executive assistance.
Your main responsibilities: - Human Resources: Complete management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, administration, and departures). Administrative follow-up (social insurances, work permits, certificates, withholding tax, etc.). - Accounting: Preparation of payroll elements.
Support to the chief accountant (entries, closings, audit preparation, balance sheet review) and preparation of reports and dashboards on Excel. - Executive Assistance: As the true right hand of the Management, you provide administrative support, manage personal matters, follow up on confidential files, and prepare Board of Directors meetings.
Labour law. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with solid knowledge of accounting in Switzerland.
A strong stability in your previous jobs is required. - Language skills: Perfect command of French and excellent level of English (minimum C1). - IT skills: Very good command of MS Office, with an excellent level in Excel. - Personal qualities: Impeccable autonomy, strong organisational skills, rigour, priority management, absolute discretion and professionalism. - Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
