HR Director - Transformation and integrations About the Role We are looking for a HR Director expert on Transformation & Integrations to join our dynamic People & Culture team at Noatum Logistics. Design and implement change management strategies in partnership with Talent, Reward, Engagement, and regional HR teams.
In this role, you will lead the HR strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, M&A activities, cultural integration, operating model redesign, and workforce transitions, supporting our ambition to be one of the most relevant global logistics provider.
Key Responsibilities Lead the cluster HR transformation agenda and ensure alignment with Corporate HR and the business strategy. Own the HR workstream for all M&A activity, covering due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and long term people integration.
Drive organisational design, operating model development, workforce transition planning, and cultural harmonisation. Lead or co lead major cluster wide transformation programs, including digital HR and structural redesigns. Manage transformation analytics, KPIs, workforce stability metrics, leadership alignment, and integration success indicators.
