Job Responsibilities Planning Organization and Managing All Human Resources Cycle • Planning organization • All activities regarding Talent Acquisition • Drafting job descriptions and posting them • Conducting job interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees • Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and professional employment references • Communicating with social security agencies, government authorities, and workers’ compensation associations HR Leadership & Development (Strategic Area) • Supporting management in workforce planning and needs analysis • Designing and implementing employee development initiatives (training, professional development, talent promotion) • Supporting in preparing and conducting performance reviews, as well as in developing employee retention measures and benefits • Conducting HR controlling, including analysis of relevant HR metrics • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and contributing to compliance, occupational safety, and data protection Job Requirements • A completed degree in human resources management, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification • In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law as well as HR administration • Several years of experience in a general HR setting, ideally at a 500 employee-sized international company.
