About the Role
As an HR Director / HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic initiatives and supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
You’ll work closely with executives and managers to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support business unit success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of generalist HR experience or 7–10 years in HR specialty areas.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong business expertise, management, and organizational development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
