Responsibilities Leadership & Further Development of the HR Organization Overall responsibility for HR in Germany, including disciplinary and functional leadership of a decentralized HR team of approximately 26 employees Establishment and continuous development of the HR organization and the HR operating model (HR Business Partners, Shared Services, Centers of Expertise) with a focus on efficiency, service quality, and scalability Steering the implementation of strategic HR priorities and proactively driving key initiatives in the areas of organization, leadership, and workforce Advising management in complex transformation and change scenarios Standardization of HR processes, policies, systems, and compliance frameworks Management of key transformation, reorganization, and integration projects Promotion of a performance-oriented corporate culture and a positive employee experience Requirements Several years of experience in a senior HR leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibility Proven track record in transformation, reorganization, and organizational development projects In‑depth knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils Strong expertise in modern HR operating models and data‑driven HR management (HR controlling, workforce analytics) Confidence in navigating complex, international matrix organizations and engaging with diverse stakeholders Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication and change management skills, and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a distributed environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
