Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the SPMD team, establishing clear performance expectations, individual development plans, and a culture of scientific excellence and cross‑functional collaboration Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor for SPMD team members in managing complex health system relationships and enterprise-level challenges Recruit, onboard, and retain top scientific and medical talent; build team bench strength aligned with evolving NAMA priorities Model best‑in‑class scientific partnership execution by personally maintaining a portfolio of priority national health systems and oncology networks In partnership with the VP, NAMA and Franchise/Commercial Leadership, define and execute the SPMD team’s strategic vision for enterprise health system engagement across BeOne Medicines’ full oncology portfolio Develop and maintain integrated account strategies for top‑tier US health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs), aligned with NAMA, R&D, Market Access, Clinical Operations, and Franchise/Commercial Leadership objectives Champion a system‑wide, portfolio‑level engagement model that addresses holistic health system priorities rather than isolated, product‑specific interactions Serve as a senior scientific partner to C‑suite and D‑suite leaders at priority health systems, building durable institutional relationships that support innovation adoption and clinical development Act as the senior medical interface between the SPMD team
