Executive Remuneration Depending on the scope of responsibility and strategic importance of the appointment, fixed annual remuneration typically ranges between CHF 350,000 and CHF 500,000, complemented by competitive long-term incentive arrangements. Total remuneration may substantially exceed CHF 1 million.
