As the Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients receive the products and services they need while nurturing strong relationships with our existing client base.
You will be crucial in addressing client inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and appropriately escalate any issues to the Business Development Manager for resolution. Serve as a liaison between the company and existing and potential clients, fostering communication and relationship-building.
Provide insights on upcoming product enhancements and engage in discussions regarding special promotions as relevant. Cultivate and uphold strong partnerships with all clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate closely with sales coordinators to uphold exceptional levels of customer service.
Swiftly and effectively address customer complaints, prioritizing customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Service, focusing on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) channel. Residence in Abu Dhabi City is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. With 27 years of excellence under our belt, we’ve established ourselves as a premier market leader in our region.
