Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global operational strategies to support business growth and scalability.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of the e-commerce supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment processes worldwide.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Implement and refine operational processes and systems to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
• Manage significant operational budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across the global network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 7 years in a senior global leadership role within the e-commerce or tech industry.
• Demonstrated success in scaling complex international operations and managing global supply chains.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven operational strategies.
• Extensive experience with budget management and financial planning for large operational departments.
• Expertise in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, and international trade.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and advanced analytics tools.
