Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global logistics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all international transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export requirements.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of logistics managers and coordinators.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with global carriers and third-party logistics providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics and supply chain management .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex international supply chains.
• Extensive knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and global transportation modes.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote leadership role and managing distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
