Salary: $225,000–$250,000. We are seeking an experienced Global Industry Director– Energy to lead IFS’s global strategy, positioning, and market impact within the Energy sector.
The role spans key Energy segments, including Mining, Oil & Gas, and asset-intensive production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the global Energy industry strategy.Act as a thought leader and craft executive value propositions.Engage in Tier1 opportunities and lead sales plays and GTM initiatives.Partner with Product and R&D, ensuring messaging coherence and market insight for M&A.Build relationships with industry partners and orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Partners.Qualifications12–15+ years of Energy industry experience.Proven strategic or executive experience.Deep understanding of Energy models and digital transformation.Strong commercial acumen, influence skills, executive communication, and ability to travel.
