Your Mission As Global Business Director, you will be responsible for accelerating international business growth by:Developing and executing the global business strategy.Identifying new market opportunities and growth initiatives.Supporting regional commercial organizations worldwide.Building strategic relationships with key international customers and partners.Collaborating closely with R&D, Product Management and Marketing to develop market-driven solutions.Driving commercial excellence and profitable growth.Leading multidisciplinary international teams.Promoting an entrepreneurial, customer-focused culture throughout the organization.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced international business leader who combines commercial excellence with strong technical credibility.Your experience may include:Global Business DevelopmentInternational Sales LeadershipBusiness Unit LeadershipStrategic Key Account ManagementCommercial Leadership within Specialty Chemicals Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be highly valued:Fiber FinishTextile ChemicalsSpinning TechnologiesNonwoven TechnologiesProfessionals coming from adjacent industrial markets with comparable technologies or customer environments are also encouraged to apply.

Your Background You bring:A scientific or engineering background in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Textile Engineering.More than 15 years of international experience.A proven track record in international business development and value-based selling.Experience managing strategic customers, distributors and multicultural commercial organizations.Strong collaboration with Innovation, R&D and Product Management teams.Solid business acumen with experience in strategic planning and P&L management.Fluent English.
