Junior Program Manager (m/f/d)
• You will independently supervise assigned projects and ensure that project milestones and targets are met
• You will monitor the processes across departments and support the project team in their execution
• You create presentations and timelines based on the assigned milestones
• You act as an interface between the OEM customer and Lear's internal departments
• You cooperate closely with the specialist areas of development, industrial engineering, purchasing, quality, production, logistics and sales
• You will lead cross-functional project teams to implement technical changes over the project duration
• You coordinate and are responsible for prototype creation for customer and test requirements
• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or Logistics
• You already have some experience in the automotive industry
• Ideally, you have some experience in project management
• You speak fluent German and good English
