Field Application Director – Semiconductor IP | Remote (EU/UK)
Location :UK, France, Spain, Netherlands or Czechia – remote in one of these countries

They're looking for a Field Application Director to lead an established FAE team across Europe and APAC, driving technical strategy, customer success and major design wins. My client is a rapidly growing semiconductor IP company developing cutting-edge silicon IP for next-generation AI and high-performance computing.
You'll work closely with Sales, Product and R&D, supporting strategic customers through the full engagement lifecycle while shaping the future product roadmap.
What we're looking for:
Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering
Leadership experience managing Field Applications Engineers
Strong semiconductor, SoC architecture or silicon IP background
Knowledge of digital design flow, ASIC, RTL, architecture etc.
Customer-facing experience across pre and post-sales
