Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, retained recruiting, or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives.
• Extensive network within relevant industries is highly desirable.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and candidate assessment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and maintain discretion in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
