Overview Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions.

Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices. Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Represent Argano\'s employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, Oracle communities, and industry networks to identify top talent. Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and company policies.

Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for Oracle-related positions. Demonstrated success recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles.

Proven track record of closing executive, senior consulting, and leadership-level talent. Experience recruiting for Oracle consulting partners and professional services organizations. Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
