About the Hiring Team Tencent Games’ Venture Lab supports Tencent’s third‑party (minority stake) studios, working on a diverse range of titles across various genres.

What the Role Entails Key Responsibilities • Drive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high‑quality work on time. • Ensure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback. • Understand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent & other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliates. • Prepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studio. • Maintain close contact with the studio and deliver on‑ground support on a regular basis.

Qualifications Main Requirements • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in the videogames industry. • Has shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 years. • Experience managing a medium‑large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globally. • An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team. • Great interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach.
