Your responsibilities Manage complex agendas, including calendars, meetings, official travel, and communications (calls and emails). Act as a trusted point of contact, handling interactions with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and tact.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring full compliance with CERN rules and procedures. Organise and coordinate meetings and events, and key administrative processes. Supervise and mentor an administrative assistant within the IPT Head Office.
As Departmental Administrative Officer (DAO), welcome and support a diverse population (staff, graduates, students, visitors, etc.) upon their arrival at CERN. Provide guidance on organisational rules and ensuring their correct application.
