Your responsibilities are: As a member of the three-person Executive Team, you independently identify growth opportunities within the commercial team Switzerland (10 direct reports) consisting of the streams Idea2Launch (Marketing), Source2Cash (Supply Chain) and Plan2Success (Sales) and translate them into value-creating initiatives.

You prioritize and execute with your team concrete solutions and decision proposals for the Executive Team and actively drive their implementation. You establish an integrated sourcing and planning End-to-End process, and you drive the further development and implementation of international projects across all streams.

You continuously refine the sales strategy together with your team, expand key customer partnerships in a targeted manner, and lead or directly support contract and pricing negotiations to secure profitable growth.

Requirements You are a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of consistently delivering profitable business growth, elevating team performance standards. Experience operating at Management Team level, balancing strategic priorities beyond the commercial function while actively managing and resolving day‑to‑day business challenges.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams across functions and seniority levels, with the ability to manage complexity and varying team dynamics.

Based on the company strategy, you are accountable for the development of a successful commercial strategy in Switzerland, with a strong focus on consumers, customers and markets.

In order to improve performance, you systematically analyze market, customer, and sales data, translate insights into specific actions, and drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

Ability to identify growth opportunities, challenge status‑quo and push the business forward with an action‑oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship. You are able to make sound decisions with incomplete information, maintain momentum under pressure and consistently drive follow‑through.

You are comfortable challenging assumptions, reallocating priorities to improve commercial performance.
