You bring demonstrated experience partnering with CEOs, Boards and executive teams to deliver strategic and operational outcomes within complex, multi‑site or federated organisations.

About the Executive General Manager – Corporate Services Role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive General Manager – Corporate Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across People & Culture, Finance & Insurance, Governance, and the Project Management Office (PMO).

The role is responsible for ensuring The Y Australia has the systems, governance, financial stewardship, organisational capability, and culture required to support the ongoing growth and sustainability of the Y movement.

About You You are an accomplished executive leader with experience across an array of corporate services portfolios – including finance, people and culture, governance, company secretariat, and/or project management.

A collaborative, values‑driven leader, you are recognised for your integrity, sound judgement, adaptability, and ability to translate strategy into operational excellence while strengthening organisational capability and long‑term sustainability.
