• Shape the future of Aurubis by defining and continuously evolving the Group's strategic direction, priorities, and growth agenda.
• Translate market insights, industry trends, and competitive developments into actionable strategies and long-term opportunities.
• Lead and steer a high-impact portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Support the coordination of strategic project inclusion in the Mid-Term Planning (MTP) process, contribute CapEx, resource requirements, and metal price forecasts to the MTP process.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Board and Strategy Committee, providing clear recommendations for critical business decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver sustainable value across the Group.
• You are responsible for managing the Aurubis Strategy department by managing the team resource pool and supporting the development of the strategy team while continuously advancing Aurubis' corporate strategy processes and capabilities.
