This competition is open only to PAGC First Nation Members and permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council. Reporting to the PAGC Executive, the Executive Director is accountable to the elected officials and the Council of Chiefs.
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and direction to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of PAGC programs and services.
This position is responsible for implementing the strategic direction established by the PAGC Elected Officials and the Council of Chiefs, overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the organization, and ensuring the responsible stewardship of the organization’s financial, human, physical, and information resources.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to lead a complex organization, foster strong relationships with Member First Nations and stakeholders, and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
