Opportunity:
The Headquarters Division (HQ) within the SPSA has a term opportunity for a well‑organized, proactive, confident, highly motivated administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Coordinator responsible for supporting the Recovery Task Team and Future Preparedness and Implementation Unit.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Coordinator in the President’s Office, this position will be responsible for:
Delivering senior‑level administrative functions including multi‑tasking and managing shifting priorities, maintaining confidentiality, managing electronic and paper files, organizing meetings and site tours, taking minutes and coordinating travel and event logistics; Drafting, recording, proofreading, and/or editing correspondence in accordance with the Government of Saskatchewan visual identity standards; Providing backup to the Senior Executive Coordinator acting as a liaison between the Minister’s Office and Agency staff to disseminate information, clarify instructions, and ensure deadlines are met; Providing administration and support to multiple branches/units within the Agency; Reviewing, prioritizing, directing and coordinating requests and follow‑up, as necessary, while ensuring confidentiality, consistency and accuracy; Coordinating management meetings including drafting and distributing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and tracking an
