Executive Chef
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations in our family dining restaurants, combining leadership, culinary expertise, and administrative duties. Oversee training, scheduling, and performance management of Pack Members to ensure productivity, accountability, and service excellence.
Lead kitchen operations by supervising food preparation, presentation, and production flow, especially during peak periods. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations through development and monitoring of workplace programs.
