The role focuses on consistently preparing innovative, high‑quality cuisine with an emphasis on presentation and flavor, served in dining rooms and other food facilities. This commitment ensures high satisfaction among students, faculty, and staff while offering diverse culinary experiences that meet a range of tastes and dietary needs.
The Executive Chef manages the smooth operation of the kitchen and catering services, including profit management, inventory control, waste reduction, hygiene practices, and staff training.
The chef reports to the Operations Director and collaborates closely with the Headmaster, directors, managers, and senior leadership to develop a food and beverage strategy that supports the school's educational aims and overall mission.
