What awaits you \: Provide day-to-day support to the VP Engineering Global combining strategic coordination with hands-on administrative tasks: Manage complex calendars Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes Organize business travel incl. documentation and expense reporting Coordinate appointments, also during international travel Plan and execute meetings, workshops, and events (logistics, catering, equipment) Support organization of the annual Global Leadership Meeting Handle confidential information with discretion Manage vendor invoices and administrative workflows Maintain digital filing systems in line with internal standards Conduct research and process information What you’ll need to succeed: Completed apprenticeship in management/organization or a comparable education 5 years of experience in an international, fast-paced environment Min. 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant Strong prioritization and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Concure will be a plus) Excellent communication skills in English and German International exposure is a must Business acumen and strong organizational skills High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail Discretion, reliability, and strong ethical standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, solution-oriented mindset Motivation for self-development and international collaboration As a leading Tier One automotive supplier, we are a pioneer in the design and manufacturing of plastic fuel systems and beyond.
