Responsibilities • Executive Support: provide holistic and proactive support to the CMO of HDI Global SE in both strategic activities and daily operational tasks • Strategic Analysis: prepare in-depth analyses and presentations on strategic topics to support top-level decision-making • Project Leadership: independently manage and lead (sub-) projects, such as Global Management Meetings, OKR planning, cultural transformation and strategic initiatives • Stakeholder Engagement: act as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. board members, direct reports, partners, regulators) • Strategic Management: support the sustainable implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the CMO and the management team in our headquarters and locally across the globe Qualifications • Successfully completed university degree (B.
