• Preparatory accounting, invoicing & expense management
• Coordination with external accounting partners
• Organization of team events & office wellbeing
• Office management & process support
Your profile
• Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management or similar roles
• Strong accounting mindset & attention to detail
• Highly organized, proactive & reliable
• Fluent in German & English
