As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in supporting our executive team, and your dedication will help ensure smooth operations and an efficient organization. • Supporting executive management and providing executive assistance in day-to-day operations • Scheduling for executive management, organizing and attending division head and advisory board meetings, as well as taking minutes and managing special projects • Serving as a central liaison between executive management, senior leaders, and business partners, and maintaining close communication with our plants in the U.S. and China • Assisting with the planning and organization of internal events (strategy meetings, Christmas parties, etc.) • Responsibility for managing business travel for the entire company (booking hotels, flights, and rental cars, as well as processing travel expense reports) on behalf of the company • Management and accounting for petty cash Your profile • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a degree in business administration • Strong communication skills, reliability, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work • Assertiveness, a goal-oriented approach to work, and a certain talent for improvisation • High level of commitment, trustworthiness, and loyalty • Willingness to attend events outside of regular working hours • Very good command of German and English, as well as proficiency with MS Office Work at RAPA RAPA is a recognized development partner and supplier to the automotive industry, as well as to numerous customers in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
