Lead and coordinate global events and executive engagements from planning through execution, partnering with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the other executive assistants within the organization; communication and teamwork are key.

Own new employee onboarding for the team, from information sharing and training to adding to communication channels, securing equipment, and supporting managers with new hires. Serve as the point person for the team to navigate internal tools and processes and ensure awareness of company policies and procedures.

Be flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support executive priorities and key organizational events. Support organizational change management and communication rollouts across teams. Facilitate cross‑functional alignment between departments and global teams across time zones.

Coordinate internal recognition initiatives, team engagement activities, and culture‑building efforts. Logitech is a global technology company dedicated to creating products that enhance the way people play, work, and connect. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer in Zurich.

This highly visible role combines executive support and business operations, enabling leadership effectiveness and driving operational excellence across a global organization. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and other executive commitments, ensuring optimal time allocation and prioritization.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes, and track action items. Assist with special projects, research, data collection, and analysis as required. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.

Process expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies. Drive executive rhythm‑of‑business processes, including quarterly planning, leadership offsites, and business reviews. Support procurement coordination.

Act as backup support for other Executive Assistants during absences. Qualifications Proven experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role, ideally within a global commercial, sales, or marketing environment.

Excellent command of English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective execution. Brings a global mindset and collaborative approach, working effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones while fostering partnerships and alignment.

Exhibits professional maturity, executive presence, and the confidence to operate independently while supporting senior leaders. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through, consistently delivering high‑quality outcomes and meeting commitments.

Maintains the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information. We do not require a specific degree or credential; a minimum of three years of relevant experience is sufficient.
