• Plan, prepare, and coordinate critical meetings, including leadership offsites, board presentations, and client-facing revenue summits.
• Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal teams, major clients, and external partners.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior C-suite leadership in a fast-moving SaaS or digital media environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with high-profile stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with productivity suites, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Additional Notes:
• This role is fully remote the majority of the time but may require travel up to 15% for offsites and conferences.
