Executive Assistant – CEO Office
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, discreet and experienced Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of our CEO Office. Own complex calendar management across multiple time zones. Organise security arrangements and coordinate with executive protection where required.
Support preparation of meeting agendas, briefing packs and background documents. Draft professional correspondence, follow‑up emails and meeting summaries on behalf of senior executives. </l
