This will involve working directly with Havas European markets and internal agency divisions.Mission & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collection and verification of market media plans on assigned marketsSupports in the preparation and delivery of campaign reports and budget overviewsDay-to-day liaison with Havas European markets and central clientsEnsures qualitative output of assigned marketsProduces, coordinates and presents reports of different kind to the client Carefully support managing the creative agency and the end-client, appreciating sensitivities and agendasAdheres to brand client processes & support network-wide understanding and compliance Connects and supports the integrated regional team working end-to-end for the clients to provide clients efficient and valuable support and operations Contributes to the client satisfaction (both the creative agency & the end-client) Attends regular markets and client meetings Day-to-day use of Havas proprietary Budget tracking and Media Plan approval toolSupports Direct manager and Team Management with reporting, overviews and meeting preparationsPrevious Experience & Industry background 1+ year in a media agency environment, ideally international experience of working with integrated teams and networkSkills & CompetenciesVery good project management skills and hands-on pragmatic approachExcellent written skills in EnglishGood communication skills to develop strong relationships with markets and clientsReacts appropriately to different cultural practices and nuances, while building collaborative relationships Ability to meet tight deadlines Team worker with proactive hands-on approach International/European experience if possible Understanding of media planning/buying principles across offline and online channels is desirable #LI-CO1Contract Type :PermanentHere at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.

Agency :Havas Media GroupJob Description :.The European Account Executive must have very good project management skills and overall understanding of how media agency works. Client management being an aspect of the role, so strength in this area is important.

Supporting the Account Director to partner with Havas local markets to ensure consistency and adherence to central guidelines and processes for the regional client is part of the everyday tasks of the Account Executive.The role also entails support in the application of new processes, media best practices, various reporting and day-to-day process optimisations.
