The opportunity We have an amazing opportunity to join our Sales Team in Switzerland as an Account Executive Digital Experience Solutions (DX) for Retail and Public.
The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, quick‑thinking, and ready to embrace the challenges of untapped markets, greenfield customers and enterprises not yet leveraging our solutions to the full extent.
The Account Executive will be instrumental in generating leads, crafting persuasive sales pitches, negotiating terms and prices, and overseeing the entire sales process through strategic solution selling. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a fast‑expanding technology company.
What you’ll do Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities in Retail and Public Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process Negotiate business terms with senior management, C‑level executives, and business owners Work closely with internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g.
Specialized Sales, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services) Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities What you’ll need to succeed Identify and qualify opportunities of broader Adobe DX solution portfolio in Retail and Public Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across the DX portfolio Ability to identify potential customers’ underlying problems and unique challenges Be not afraid to challenge your potential customers’ assumptions and conventional wisdom.
Disrupt their status quo by introducing new ideas and perspectives that can lead to breakthrough solutions Strong project management skills to coordinate cross functional resources Be able to bring valuable insights and perspectives to your potential customers by staying on top of industry trends Be a proficient networker.
