Joining a team of 9 Enterprise AEs across France and the UK, you will bring our proven enterprise sales motion to DACH and build the foundations for long‑term growth.
While this is a highly entrepreneurial role, you will be supported by dedicated Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing teams, and the broader German commercial organization.
As the first Enterprise Account Executive for DACH, you will lead 360Learning’s expansion into one of Europe’s most strategic markets.
You’ll join an established German commercial organization serving the Mid‑Market segment, giving you access to local expertise, customer references, brand recognition, and a strong partner ecosystem, including our strategic alliance with SAP SuccessFactors.
Your mission will be to win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), build a high‑quality pipeline, and close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with some of Germany’s largest organizations.
Combining strategic territory development with hands‑on execution, you will play a key role in establishing 360Learning as a trusted Learning & Development partner across the DACH region.
