Enterprise Account Executive (DACH) | Pre-IPO Martech Unicorn | €180-220k OTE
Remote - Germany
The Opportunity
DACH isn't a greenfield bet here - it's already live, with Adidas, MediaMarkt and Allianz among the customer base. Our client is now scaling the Enterprise AE team to turn DACH into a company-leading region. You'd own net-new enterprise deals in one of this global, pre-IPO SaaS leader's priority markets - with real momentum behind you.
The Business
Our client is a global category leader in Martech, consistently ranked at the top by the major analysts and now on a clear pre-IPO trajectory. DACH is a strategic growth engine: the three-year plan is to scale the region to €50m ARR and 100+ people, funded accordingly. The foundation is already in place - marquee enterprise customers, brand recognition, and inbound pull. What’s needed now is a hunter to widen the lead.
The Role
- Own net-new enterprise business across DACH end-to-end: prospect, discover, build the value narrative, negotiate, close
- Build pipeline with intent through account planning and targeted outreach - not inbound-only
- Run clean MEDDICC-style qualification, deal inspection, and accurate forecasting
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across business, technical, and operational buyers
- Add to a logo wall that already includes names like Adidas, MediaMarkt and Allianz
What You’ll Bring
- Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS deals in DACH
- Native or business-fluent German (C1+)
- A full-cycle hunter: you build your own pipeline, not just work inbound
- Comfort operating a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC or similar)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling into Marketing / Customer Engagement / Data-related buyers
- Prior exposure to analyst-led markets (Gartner influence, competitive cycles, clear positioning battles)
What You’ll Get
- Fully remote across Germany
- A priority region with executive air cover and serious investment behind it
- Enterprise deals into brand-name accounts that already prove the model
- Ground-floor seat on a pre-IPO growth story
