We combine cutting‑edge research with close collaboration with our clients to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. About the role We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high‑value accounts within the US Mid‑Size Law Firm segment.

You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch DeepJudge and meet existing and prospective clients Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace What we are looking for 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to legal or regulated industries A self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment US‑based candidate (East Coast preferred), able to operate effectively in a fully remote environment Ability to work independently, prioritize, and "get things done" without an established regional template Honest seller approach, consulting internally to ensure we deliver on our promises Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset What you can look forward to Shaping the future of a high‑impact deep‑tech AI startup A fast‑paced learning path, where you grow professionally every day Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, fun work environment Compensation is determined based on role level, location, skills, and experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

The expected compensation range is USD 220,000 OTE and USD 270,000 OTE. This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
