Main missions: • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. • Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services. • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports. • Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. • Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly. • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

As a Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications Qualifications we’re looking for. • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, IoT, or a B2B technology environment. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals. • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles. • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong plus). • Passionate about retail innovation and digital transformation.
