As a key member of the leadership team, the Engineering Director will shape the future product portfolio, drive engineering excellence, manage technical and commercial risk, and lead the development of high-performing engineering teams while maintaining ownership of engineering budgets and cost centres.
About The Role
The Engineering Director leads the development of next-generation, highly engineered-to-order (ETO) high-pressure pump solutions, with a strong focus on New Product Development (NPD).
The role provides both strategic and operational leadership to deliver innovative products on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory, safety, and performance standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Innovation & Engineering Excellence Drive the full lifecycle of next-generation high-pressure ETO pump platforms, from concept and feasibility through to industrialisation and market launch. Act as the senior technical authority for complex engineered solutions and critical design decisions.
