Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and intermediaries Provide tailored wealth planning solutions across trust, estate, succession, and asset structuring matters Manage and grow a portfolio of international private clients while ensuring high service standards Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives Leverage and expand an existing professional network of clients, advisors, family offices, and intermediaries Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, tax, and fiduciary specialists Support marketing and client acquisition activities through networking events, presentations, and relationship management initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex wealth structuring and fiduciary matters Monitor client needs and market developments to proactively identify tailored solutions Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in trust, wealth planning, fiduciary, or private banking environments Strong expertise working with UHNW and international private clients Proven track record in relationship management and business development Established professional network within the wealth management, fiduciary, or private client industry STEP qualification is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial mindset combined with a client‑centric approach Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
