Job Summary
The Director, Transformation Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and growth.
This role partners closely with executive leadership across Gardaworld’s Cash-In-Transit and Cash Vault Operations to define strategic priorities, lead cross‑functional change efforts, and ensure successful execution of large‑scale transformation programs.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong change‑management capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop long‑term roadmaps and actionable plans to achieve transformation goals. Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives and KPIs. Oversee large‑scale transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digital transformation, and organizational redesign.
