Your Role As Director Technical Perfumery (m/f/d) you lead our team of technical Perfumers in Fragrance globally.

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing formula reworks, raw material harmonization and elimination alongside your team as well as supervising the team in their activities of formula reworks, provide raw material and perfumery expertise, best practices and advice to ensure smooth progress and continous building of knowledge and expertise.

Education: Master's degree or equivalent; background in Perfumery, Chemistry, Education, or related field Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the fragrance industry Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strategic mindset with solution-oriented approach Olfactory knowledge Strong organizational and budgeting capabilities High olfactory sensitivity and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team spirit and collaborative mindset Passionate, dynamic and curious about the world of fragrance Languages: Fluent in English; other languages (especially French or German) are a plus Become part of our open and transparent culture.
