This world renowned company with a strong focus on innovation are looking for a technical expert and leader to explore unique architectures for next-gen wireless systems.br/ br/ You will be responsible for leading a team of research experts in wireless computing architecture and software systems.br/ br/ Responsibilitiesbr/ br/ * Designing principles and prototypes for the current and next-generation computing systems. br/ * Drive efficient system/hardware/software architecture to meet product requirements. br/ * Achieving high energy efficiency, high computational performance.br/ * Investigate and open up new approaches aligned with emerging technologies, competitive performance requirements, and critical system constraints.br/ * Recognise and understand technology trends and propose novel technologies that can be utilised in the product to improve Performance, Power, Area, Flexibility, etc. br/ * Responsible for reviewing, challenging and influencing roadmaps, and setting technology intercept targets for future SoCs.br/ * Team management.

Set and drive team objectives (local and HQ) based on your own and company goals. Coach and supervise team members.br/ * Collaborate with local resources (Industry and Academy).

Based on business requirements, effectively integrate local resources, forge long-term strategic partnerships with industrial and academic resources, and build a good ecosystem and environment.br/ br/ Key Qualificationsbr/ * MSc or PhD in Computer Science.br/ * Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.br/ * Proven expertise in SoC architecture in the area of high-performance computing systems. br/ * Experience in Wireless and Cellular technologies such as LTE/5G NR is idealbr/ * Outstanding SoC and system architecture fundamentals stemming from substantial experience.br/ * Strong understanding of power and performance trade-offs, area and energy efficiency improvement, and how SoC data and control flows interact.br/ * Expert in computing architecture, i.e. programmable/reconfigurable architecture, dataflow architecture, computing in/near memory, etc.br/ * Sound understanding of Microprocessor Subsystems, Memory Controllers and Communication Fabrics.br/ * Good understanding of hardware-software interfaces and interactions.

A compiler background is preferred.br/ * Excellent communication skills across organizations and at the executive level.br/ * Fluency in English, both written and verbal. br/ * Excellent written skills for clear and concise reporting.br/ * Excellent organization skills to prioritize conflicting requirements.br/ * Outstanding leadership and multicultural background management skills.br/
